About Me
For over three decades, I’ve worked as a teacher, school leader, and guide — always rooted in a quiet question:
“What does it mean to live a quality life?”
Whether I was supporting students, mentoring new leaders, or baking bread for neighbors, I found myself drawn to the art of helping people reconnect with themselves — with integrity, clarity, and purpose. That same question continues to guide my work as a coach today, as I walk alongside adults navigating meaningful transitions in career, leadership, identity, or relationships.

I bring a unique lens to this work, shaped by experience across both education and technology. As the former founding Director of the Oracle Internet Academy (now named Oracle Academy), I collaborated with educators and engineers to support digital learning ecosystems and empower innovation across global teams. This background allows me to connect deeply with professionals in tech and education — helping them navigate complexity, burnout, and bold career pivots with intention.
I believe that reflection is radical. In a world that moves fast and prizes performance, I coach people to pause — to ask:
What matters now? What do I need to shed, honor, or reclaim?
Together, we explore how to live in deeper alignment with your values, voice, and inner wisdom.
My approach is deeply shaped by lived experience — as an adopted bi-racial gay man, an international educator, a technologist, and someone who’s wrestled with perfectionism, self-doubt, and the quiet fear of not being enough. I care about resilience — not the performative kind, but the quiet, grounded kind: getting back up, befriending your inner critic, and continuing to show up as your whole self.
And often, that whole self includes my dog, Yani — whose calm, steady presence has taught me more about patience, attunement, and unconditional regard than most textbooks ever could.
At the heart of it, I believe coaching is a space of becoming — one that allows us to reflect, shift, and live aligned.
If you're navigating a turning point or simply seeking a more grounded sense of self, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
